Immigrant Francesco Endrici came to Italy in 1885 from the Austro-Hungarian empire. Francesco introduced vines like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to the region of Trentino in Venezie and established the Endrizzi winery. This juicy wine produced from Teroldego is full of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry fruit outlined by a chalky, spiced aroma reminiscent of cardamon. Great acidity rounds out the finish, without heavy tannin. It's a squirt of structured fruit.

Serving Suggestion: A match with grilled beef or chicken, semi-firm cheeses and minestrone soup. Also a must with fresh grilled sausage like our Giacomo's Hot Italian.
