60% Hondarribi Zuri, 20% Mune Mahatsa and 20% Txori Mahatsa DRY, LIGHT BUBBLES, KIWI, APPLE AND MINERAL Crazy names, crazy region, crazy grape varieties, but boy is this stuff insanely delicious. Totally different with its mineral flavors, delicate nature, slightly fizzy gas. It shows aromas of melons, kiwis and apples. Rich and quite lengthy on the palate, it throws a mineral tone with a light and spritzy quality, due to Ignacio Gurrutxaga's delicate winemaking. Lower in alcohol and very clean tasting. Serving Suggestion: Salsas, fresh fish, shrimp with garlic and chorizo bits. Fried seafood.$17.99 each
