Jean-Paul Brun is a serious Beaujolais winemaker known for showing the delicate fruit side of the Gamay grape from his 40 hectare family farm. Using only indigenous yeast and minimal intervention, Jean-Paul gives us a delightful, cider-like, and playful easy-drinking, slightly effervescent pink wine that will make you smile, laugh and want to share with friends. Serious wine making not to be taken too seriously. Chill, pop and serve.

Serving Suggestion: A great start to a meal - lunch or dinner. Use as an aperitif or with a fruit dessert such as strawberry shortcake or strawberry cheesecake.
