Alandra, Vinho Tinto 3L (Herdade do Esporão)

Herdade do Espoão, Finagra, Vinho Tinto, Alentejo, Portugal NV 3 liter box

Moreto, Castelão, Trincadeira blend

FIRM PALATE, SILKY TEXTURE, FRUIT DRIVEN GOODNESS

Dating back to 1267, this winery takes its name from the Tower of Esporão built during the middle ages, located in Alentejo, east of Lisbon. While the heritage is old, the winemaking is super modern. Amazingly this estate was occupied from 1975 to 1979 during the revolutionary period, not that long ago! Completely modernized to state of the art in 1987, the Alandra red is a young drinking, deliciously thirst quenching, fruit forward, red berry filled, slap your saddle, jump the fence "drinkin' wine!" Here is your house red.

Serving Suggestion: Keep this on the counter top for a sip or a full glass on a whim ready to go with a picnic, grilled burgers, pork chops or tomato based sauces.
